I've really been enjoying London life since I've been here. Its hot here now and no one can deal with it. At home, everyone has air conditioners or you know someone with a pool, but here its just like you have to suffer through.  Summer in London is fantastic - I went on a few trips, saw a few bands. The best show I went to was the O2 Wireless Music Festival. Click if you want to see pictures.

Do you want to see some photos of my friends and I as we carouse around London? Look at me!!!

Here's whats on my most played on my Ipod:

Nick Drake - I love this whole album but most of all Track 9 - Northern Sky.

Kaiser Chiefs - I predict a riot! I predict a riot!!!

Johhny Cash - Don't even pretend you didn't go out and buy this album after seeing "Walk The Line".  You are lying!

Ray LaMontagne - After seeing him this summer in New York and in November at Shepherds Bush, I found myself even more in love with his music. Want to see my pictures? Ray LaMontagne's Island Getaway 2005

Joni Mitchell - I love each and every song on here for my own reasons - but my favorite is Track 6. "Carey".

Arctic Monkeys - These guys are great, favorite track is #11 - When the Sun Goes Down.

Katie Melua - Amazing voice.  Best track - Nine Million Bicycles, #2.

 What I'm Reading:

Elie Wiesel's "Night" -This is a really good book, it is written by Elie Wiesel, He is a Holocaust survivor and is a Nobel Peace Prize winner.

Flat Stanley - I've just finished this with my class. Right now we are participating in the Flat Stanley Project where all the students had their own Flat Stanley's, and kept a journal of what they did with him. We sent them off to other schools around the world who are participating, and we have received Flat Stanley's from all over the world!

Flat Stanley was at the Torino Olympics!

Tony Blair reads Flat Stanley also!

What I'm watching:

My friend from NY, Mike, is a stand up comedian. He's been on this show, The Post Show, and it always makes me crack up. My favorite skit is Alpha Gamma Queda. Check it out!
